
Cholesterol Diet
Good nutritious food and a cholesterol free diet may be hard to find in the fast food frenzy that characterizes our modern lives. Overweight persons are significantly more predisposed. Our lifestyles with mostly sedentary occupations, with little or no exercise and especially improper diet are a major cause of cholesterol related disease.

The blood flow is constricted and eventually blocked, resulting in serious tissue damage, heart attack, stroke, or other cardiovascular issues. Ultimately we must reduce the cholesterol levels in our bodies. It is medically recommended that those 20years old and older should have a regular blood test to check cholesterol.

Fruits such as oranges, pineapples, berries, apples, pears, and grapes.
Vegetables such as celery, eggplant, bell pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, dark leafy greens, kale, zucchini, brussel sprouts and squash.
Then there are the serious cholesterol diets which include powerful foods that lower cholesterol.
Garlic Soya bean, olive oil, almonds, walnuts, avocados, raw onion and green tea products.
Fresh Fish and fish oils especially fish high in omega 3 like salmon is known to reduce cholesterol
Studies show that a small amount of wine is very effective in lowering cholesterol only about an ounce a day is needed
